利用导风板使上海一恒干燥箱内风量均匀分布的研究

[导读]针对塔式圆形干燥箱内风量分布不均匀的问题, 设计了导风板装置, 通过理论计算分析了导风板的工作原理并求出导风板的数学模型, 然后进行数值计算, 模拟在导风板的作用下热风在上海一恒干燥箱内的分布状况,

针对塔式圆形干燥箱内风量分布不均匀的问题, 设计了导风板装置, 通过理论计算分析了导风板的工作原理并求出导风板的数学模型, 然后进行数值计算, 模拟在导风板的作用下热风在干燥箱内的分布状况, 最后通过葡萄干燥试验观察葡萄的干燥速度, 结果表明, 增加导风板装置后, 风量在干燥箱内分布均匀, 物料干燥速度一致。

The guide wind panel was designed to control the even non-uniform distribution of air flux in the desiccater.The working theory of the guiede wind panel was analysed and the mathematical model was worked out;the numerical calculating was done in order to imitate the distributing of hot-air in the desiccator which was influenced by the guide wind panel.What's more, the drying speed of grape was observed by the experiment of grape drying.The results showed that the air flux distributed evenly and drying speed of material was even when the guide wind panel was added.
